Providing ongoing Systems Administration support, the full-time Power BI Systems Administrator will manage installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Power BI systems remotely while addressing incident tickets and ensuring system compliance and reliability. Key responsibilities Administers development, test, and production servers for Power BI, including installation and upgrades of software packages Performs daily monitoring and troubleshooting of network systems to ensure functionality and compliance Creates documentation and provides training to users on Power BI systems and processes Required qualifications BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Working expertise in Power BI systems administration and support Strong troubleshooting and systems evaluation skills U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required
