Leading the evolution of data analytics capabilities, the part-time contractor Power BI Lead will develop and scale Power BI dashboards, integrate data from key business systems, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Drive the implementation and adoption of Power BI across the organization, ensuring alignment with business needs Design, build, and maintain a suite of dashboards that provide real-time visibility into business KPIs Connect Power BI to diverse data sources such as Salesforce, ERP systems, and SQL databases Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI in a software or subscription business context Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), dataflows, and data modelling Deep understanding of recurring revenue, churn, retention, and other SaaS metrics Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and BI deployment best practices
