🚀 Hiring: Business Analyst / Power BI Developer
Are you passionate about turning complex data into meaningful business insights? We're looking for a Business Analyst / Power BI Developer to support a large-scale program by transforming project and financial data into executive-ready dashboards and actionable recommendations.
📍 Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)
🏢 Schedule: 40 hours/week | Monday & Friday Remote | Tuesday-Thursday Onsite
📅 Contract Duration: 6 Months (Potential Extension)
What You'll Do
✅ Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders and leadership teams
✅ Analyze complex datasets and turn them into actionable insights
✅ Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports in Power BI
✅ Use SQL and Excel to extract, validate, reconcile, and transform data
Required Skills
🔹 Hands-on Power BI dashboard and report development experience
🔹 Strong SQL and Excel skills
🔹 Experience working as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration
🔹 Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
➕ Experience with utility industry data
➕ Familiarity with Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing)
➕ Experience with CRM platforms such as Saratoga CRM
➕ Power BI certification (preferred, not required)
Education
🎓 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
