Power Bi DeveloperWe are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with hands-on experience integrating BPCS (ERP) systems. The candidate will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations based on ERP (BPCS) data.Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from BPCS/ERP systems into Power BI.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.Troubleshoot and optimize existing dashboards and reports for performance and usability.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests from various departments.Required Qualifications:Hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop, Service, DAX, Power Query).Experience working with BPCS ERP system or similar ERP platforms.Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting best practices.Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in manufacturing or ERP reporting.Knowledge of financial, operations, or inventory data structures in BPCS.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
