Data Analyst 4This engagement focuses on converting the BugTrack issue?management Excel extract into a comprehensive, interactive Power BI dashboard for leadership visibility and operational decision?making. The consultant will collaborate with the business, HIT, IT, and operational teams to define reporting requirements and translate them into a scalable data model and intuitive visualizations. Metrics will include (but are not limited to) total tickets opened/closed, aging of open tickets, ticket type and category distribution, priority trends, facility?level insights, EPMO?related tickets, and a dedicated AVATAR ticket dashboard (opened, closed, maintenance).
The consultant will build automated refresh processes, apply data?quality checks, and deliver a polished dashboard ready for leadership review. The resource may also be engaged in other Power BI work related to DBHDS as it arises if time in needed.
