To support data-driven decision-making, the fully remote Power BI Consultant will design, develop, and deliver interactive dashboards and analytics solutions while managing the complete report development lifecycle and collaborating with stakeholders. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support business decision-making Transform complex datasets into meaningful insights using Power BI best practices and ensure data integrity across reports Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and present reporting solutions, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 4+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI report development and analytics consulting Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling with Power BI Proficient in SQL with the ability to write and optimize complex queries Experience managing the complete lifecycle of Power BI reporting solutions from requirements gathering to production support
