To support a large-scale analytics modernization initiative, the full-time Senior Power BI Consultant will design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards, consume certified semantic models, and optimize DAX calculations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards using PBIP project format, ensuring alignment with business requirements Consume shared and certified semantic models, collaborating with architects to identify reporting needs and validate model usability Develop complex DAX calculations and perform detailed reconciliation between legacy reports and new Power BI deliverables Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise Power BI solutions Strong understanding of Semantic Modeling concepts and advanced DAX development skills Experience with Power BI Service, Workspace administration, and Git-based version control Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) certification
