This role offers the opportunity to design and implement innovative solutions that streamline workflows, enhance user experience, and leverage emerging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and Power BI.Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation Development: Build and refine workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Forms, Outlook, and SharePoint. Integrate Adobe Sign for digital signatures, payment processing, and automated document storage.Data Analytics: Develop and manage Power BI dashboards to visualize case metrics, compliance tracking, and legal spend.
Consolidate and harmonize data from Excel, SharePoint, and enterprise data lakes.AI Enablement: Collaborate on the design, training, and deployment of Copilot agents for document creation, summarization, and intake analysis. Support chatbot/Copilot knowledge base development.Continuous Improvement: Conduct testing, quality checks, and documentation. Create training materials and presentations to enable team adoption.
