Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the production team to support daily manufacturing operations
- Operate powder coating equipment to apply finishes to metal or manufactured parts
- Prepare surfaces and materials prior to powder coating application
- Apply powder coating finishes according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate and maintain spray guns to ensure proper application and color consistency
- Inspect finished products to ensure coating quality and uniform coverage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in a shop/manufacturing environment
- 2-4 years of powder coating or industrial painting experience
- Experience operating powder coating equipment and spray guns
- Ability to maintain consistent color application and coating quality
- Experience working in a manufacturing or shop environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently with minimal training
