* Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
* Operate powder coating equipment and ensure proper application techniques are followed.
* Monitor the curing process to ensure optimal finish quality.
* Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
* Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in powder coating is a plus.
* Previous experience in powder coating or a related field preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
* Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.
