What You’ll Do<

- Prepare, clean, and mask metal parts before coating<

- Set up and operate powder-coating equipment<
Br>
- Apply finishes evenly and according to production specifications<
Br>
- Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and curing requirements<
Br>
- Inspect completed parts for smoothness, color, and overall quality<
Br>
- Safely handle materials, chemicals, tools, and shop equipment<
Br>
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe<
Br>
- Follow blueprints, work orders, and production instructions<

What You’ll Need<

- Previous powder-coating experience required<

- Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred<

- Knowledge of surface preparation, coating thickness, and curing processes<

- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed specifications<

- Familiaritywith industrial painting equipment and safety procedures<
Br>
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods<
Br>
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality<

- Dependable attendance and a safety-focused work ethic<
