Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
• Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.

Experience Requirements

• Previous powder coating, painting, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Job Duties

• Prepare parts and products for the powder coating process
• Apply powder coating to achieve an even, quality finish
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow production schedules and workplace safety procedures
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
• Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Powder Coat Painter.
