What Will You Do?
As a Data Scientist, Core Data – PhD (2026) at Figma, you will partner across teams to define key metrics, run experiments, and reveal insights that shape strategy. You will advance the experimentation platform using A/B testing frameworks and causal inference methods. Additionally, you will build machine learning models and analytical systems to drive product, platform, and business goals.
