Postdoc: Immune–Fibrosis & Single-Cell Genomics

The Bhattacharya Lab at UCSF is seeking a Postdoctoral Scientist to study mechanisms of pulmonary fibrosis with a focus on immune–mesenchymal interactions and extracellular nucleotide signaling.

Responsibilities include designing experiments in in vivo and ex vivo models, applying single-cell RNA-seq, flow cytometry, and imaging, and mentoring students and staff. Collaboration with academic groups and industry partners is encouraged.
