Postdoc: Coastal Image Analytics & Modeling

The Greater Farallones Association, in collaboration with USGS, is seeking a Postdoctoral Scholar to analyze a 30-year archive of shoreline photos from 60+ beaches along the north-central California coast and to run process-based coastal model projections under sea-level rise scenarios. The role is Python and machine learning–heavy, involving real-world historical imagery and multiple integrated data sources.
