Working remotely, the Post-Sales Security Systems Engineer will provide engineering design and support for security solutions, transforming preliminary designs into executable installation packages while collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure project success. Key responsibilities Design and develop engineering solutions for complex system installations and upgrades Create and manage critical installation documentation, including wiring diagrams and programming sheets Lead the issuance and tracking of Requests for Information (RFI) to resolve technical discrepancies during the build phase Required qualifications A minimum of 3-7 years of previous experience in the industry Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience Experience in the design and planning of access control and video systems Professional Electronic Security Certifications or training preferred (e.g., Lenel, Genetec, Milestone)
