This role ensures all weekly and seasonal shows are properly staffed, strategically scheduled, and delivered on time across podcast, YouTube, VOD, and streaming platforms.Partnering closely with the Directors of Audio and Video Editing, this person manages the editing pool across both staff and freelance editors, oversees workload balancing and capacity planning, and proactively identifies risks that could impact deadlines.
