Primary tasks include operating post-processing equipment to prepare printed parts for finishing. Additional tasks include performing part count, visual inspection, and adhering to specific work orders and work instructions.
Adherence to strict safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment is required. In this role you will be working first shift in our Tucson, AZ facility.What you will be doing:Basic understanding of all part cleaning and support removal techniques and the ability to complete tasks with moderate supervision in a timely mannerReview work instructions for product information and special needsFor SLA and DLP technologies, uses part washers, spinners, UV light ovens, and heat treat ovensUses hand tools (scrappers, blades, brushes, pressurized air, etc., to clean excess material and supports from partsKeeps work area clean and organizedCompletes end of day cleaning and closing proceduresTransports parts from Post Processing to Finishing departmentResponsible for compliance with Quality Management SystemAdheres to relevant work instructionObserves and identifies faulty parts based on work ordersFollows established production workflow for part traceabilityAddresses problems with parts and production with Lead/SupervisorCollaborate closely with operators and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve post-processing challengesContributes to continuous improvement projectsPerform other tasks as required by the department supervisor and leadsMust have for this role:Basic math skillsBasic computer skillsExperience working with hands (gross and fine motor skills)Demonstrates ability to learn and interpret work instructionsNice to have:High School Diploma or GED is preferredProficiency in the English languagePrevious experience in factory or manufacturing setting is preferredTakes initiative to keep working area clean and is kept free of hazardous materials at all timesTravel Requirements: None
