Post Closing Team Lead

Managing the day-to-day operations of the Post Closing Team, the full-time remote Post Closing Investor Team Lead will oversee loan level escalations, ensure timely resolution of conditions during purchase reviews, and monitor team performance metrics. Key responsibilities: Manage daily tasks and serve as the first level escalation point for the Post Closing Team Monitor team performance metrics and report on documentation accuracy and compliance Assist with onboarding, training, and employee development for team members Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 4+ years of experience in a Post Closing role 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead or Senior Post Closing role Extensive knowledge of regulatory rules, agency guidelines, and investor conditions Experience working in Encompass is preferred
