Managing the loan servicing onboarding process, the full-time Post Closing Specialist will review closing documents, follow up on trailing documents, and ensure timely delivery to investors and banks while working onsite in the Pittsburgh, PA office. Key responsibilities: Review original closing documents for proper execution and follow up on corrections Collaborate with the Capital Markets team to address investor inquiries Manage a large loan queue and suggest process improvements Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 1-3 years of residential mortgage lending experience with knowledge of post-closing practices Proficiency in using technology systems in a paperless environment Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting Demonstrated customer service skills
