Overseeing the daily operations of the Bond Post Closing Team, the full-time Post Closing Bond Manager will manage escalated loan issues, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with investor requirements while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Manage day-to-day activities of the Bond Post Closing Team, focusing on pipeline efficiency and employee development Conduct oversight reviews of aging loans and provide trend analysis to enhance operational performance Implement process improvements and monitor staff productivity to meet production requirements and compliance standards Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of experience in mortgage lending with knowledge of bond program documentation 2+ years of management experience Experience with Encompass LOS preferred Advanced knowledge of MCC/bond program requirements
