  • Lead engaging product and clinical education sessions, including peer‑to‑peer programs, professional development events, and QIP initiatives.
  • Support our salesforce in the field—training new hires, mentoring experienced reps, and reinforcing clinical best practices for a large Western market.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clinicians, advocacy partners, and key influencers in the wound care space.
  • Serve as a clinical resource across departments—Marketing, Strategic Accounts, and Business Development—to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Provide input on new product development, participate in clinical trials, and support market launches.
  • Represent Mölnlycke at industry associations and events.
  • Cover the Western US (west of Mississippi); overnight travel up to 75%. Preferred locations are Central US near a major airport.

Compensation & Benefits Information

Competitive base salary, annual bonus, and car reimbursement plan.

  • Medical, dental, and vision plans available from day one with multiple options.
  • Robust 401(k) plan with company match, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, and flexible spending and health savings accounts.
  • Generous paid time off, paid parental leave, Employee Assistance Program, and lifestyle perks such as discounted entertainment and travel.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, or related specialty required; Master’s preferred.
  • Current Wound Care certification required: CWOCN®, CWCN®, CWON®, or CWS®.
  • 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience as a certified wound care clinician.
  • In-depth knowledge of chronic wound management, especially venous leg ulcers (VLUs) and compression therapy.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required credentialing for the role.
  • Strong Post‑Acute / Home Care industry and clinical network is a plus.
  • Comfortable presenting to both large and small clinical groups.
  • Passionate about patient care, clinical education, and driving real‑world outcomes.
  • Ability for overnight travel up to 75%.
