Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and our client's Commercial Capital.
We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.Key Responsibilities will include:Ensure accurate and timely settlement of all international trades in Clearstream, Local Markets, and Euroclear.Interact with counterparts, middle and front office to resolve unmatched trades.Analyze, resolve and troubleshoot fail differences.Resolve security and cash position breaks.Establish and maintain productive working relationships with coworkers, sales assistants, and clearing agents.Flexibility to work various shifts between the hours of 4:00AM – 5:30PM (15% Shift Differential available when working 4:00 AM - 8:00AM)Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable our client's policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.Required Qualifications:2+ years of capital markets industry experience or 2+ years of military experience or a Master of Business Administration (MBA)Desired Qualifications:Strong knowledge and understanding of loan, securities, and derivative productsBasic Microsoft Office skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsEffective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environmentA BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, accounting, finance, or other business related fieldOutstanding problem solving and decision making skillsMicrosoft Excel spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, and manipulating dataBasic Microsoft Office skills, with advanced skills in Excel2+ years of securities industry experienceKnowledge and understanding of international securities settlement processingOther Desired Qualifications:Stock, Borrow and Loan experience a plusSystem knowledge should include but not limited to Broadridge (Impact/BPS), Gloss, Clearstream, SwiftWorking knowledge of currency and cross currency Repo and securities lending transaction processingProduct knowledge should include Eurobonds, UK Gilts, Sovereign Debt, Global Preferred, Equities and Latin
