Portfolio Manager with Agile Coaching ExperienceAs the Enterprise Portfolio Manager (EPM) you will be responsible for defining and maintaining intake process, portfolio process, funding and governance of initiatives which impact multiple lines of business. EPM will be responsible for providing analysis, forecasting and reporting to the upper level management.The ideal candidate will have Scaled Agile (SAFe) portfolio experience as well as a strong background managing large, complex, cross functional enterprise programs in a SAFe program structure. In this position you will help lead the transition towards a scaled agile model while ensuring good process and best practices are followed by all.Responsibilities:Setting up and managing enterprise intake and portfolio processExperience in value base (SAFe) prioritization processManage portfolio budget and fundingExperience in creating/managing Jira dashboardExperience in waterfall to agile (SAFe) transformationExperience in managing the value streamsExperience in presenting/leading in executive status meetingsExperience leading yearly reviews/quarterly reviews meetingsFacilitates all Program/Portfolio-level ceremonies (i.e.

Value Stream & Roadmapping exercises, PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Program Syncs, etc.)Removes all blockers and impediments at the Program/Portfolio levelResolves Program-level conflicts as they arise at the Program/Portfolio levelDrives continuous improvement at the Program & Portfolio levelCoaches and mentors all Scrum Masters & Program-level resources on Agile best practices (creates an empowered, self-organized Program)Understand and operate within budgets provided by the CAM/TTOM and ensure adherence to GuardrailsDrive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and help them improveFoster Communities of Practice and the use of engineering and Built-In Quality practice.Required Qualifications12+ years working in a project management office or relevant work experience10+ years leadership and management, with ability to set business goals and measure results10+ year's budget management experienceExperience working with SAFe Agile software development teams and managing project deadlines (ideally in a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Development Lead role)Experience-affecting change in organizations working towards agile adoptionExperience working with SAFe Agile software development teams and managing project deadlines (ideally in a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Development Lead role)Experience-affecting change in organizations working towards agile adoptionExperience using agile project management tools (e.g. Jira, confluence, VersionOne, Rally (CA Agile), Mural, Miro, simplemind )Proficient in- Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, TeamsPreferred QualificationsCoach, mentor and teach Agile values, principles, and practicesGuide teams through their journey of Agile adoption, including working with teams with no prior Agile experienceRun workshops and training on Agile topics, leveraging tool kits and internally developed content.Mentor and help project teams and programs realize their mission and deliver on their initiativesExperience in the software development lifecycle - as the developer, tester, analyst, product manager, project/program manager, etc.Experience with applying test automation, test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous deployment to achieve built-in quality by the team
