To support the growth of direct indexing solutions, the remote Portfolio Manager will manage personalized portfolios, oversee portfolio management and rebalancing, and implement tax optimization strategies while collaborating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the development and implementation of direct indexing solutions Manage day-to-day portfolio activities, including construction, rebalancing, and client trade reviews Provide tax transitioning and harvesting to enhance tax efficiency Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Graduate degree and CFA designation strongly preferred 5-7+ years of hands-on investment management experience, particularly with direct index portfolios Experience in tax loss harvesting and maximizing tax alpha Strong understanding of direct indexing, ESG, and tax optimization Operational experience in analyzing and improving investment processes and systems
