Accountable for the long-term performance and value creation of renewable energy assets, the full-time Portfolio Manager III will manage portfolio performance, oversee OEM relationships, and ensure system maintenance while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Own portfolio-level performance and drive corrective strategies to improve energy yield and asset health Act as the primary contact for OEMs, enforcing service obligations and leading escalations for chronic issues Ensure scheduled preventative maintenance is executed and optimize maintenance spend to maximize ROI Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, renewable energy, engineering, or similar) 8-12+ years of experience in solar and/or BESS operations, asset management, or O&M Deep knowledge of solar assets, OEM warranties, RMAs, and service agreements Strong understanding of performance metrics such as availability, PI, and MTTR Commitment to safe industrial work practices and site safety
