Portfolio Manager, Florida Licensed

To support the servicing of commercial real estate loans, the full-time Portfolio Manager, Florida Licensed, will oversee an assigned portfolio, manage borrower requests, and resolve delinquency issues while maintaining professional customer relations in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Maintain frequent contact with borrowers as the elevated point of contact, addressing inquiries and managing delinquency resolutions Review and analyze loan documents and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to investor servicing guidelines Document borrower requests and prepare thorough analyses to support recommendations for special requests Required qualifications Four-year degree from an accredited university preferred or equivalent work experience Minimum of 2 years of loan servicing experience required Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other information processing programs Ability to perform complex calculations and handle sensitive information appropriately Bilingual (English and Spanish) is considered a plus
