Key responsibilities Communicates with borrowers and manages loan closing and post-closing processes Reviews funding disbursement requests and maintains compliance with loan conditions Tracks and analyzes loan delinquencies, rebalances portfolios, and ensures adherence to client guidelines Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in portfolio management and asset management Strong quantitative reasoning and writing skills Knowledge of underwriting procedures Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
