To support the growth of the prestige beauty portfolio, the fully remote Portfolio Growth Analyst will analyze e-commerce performance, identify customer behavior patterns, and provide actionable insights to enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies. Key Responsibilities Analyze e-commerce performance metrics across brand DTC sites to identify trends and diagnose growth opportunities Monitor customer acquisition and retention trends, conducting cohort analysis to understand retention dynamics Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that track key e-commerce KPIs, translating complex data into clear insights for leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce analytics, digital growth, or performance marketing analysis Strong analytical skills with experience in identifying patterns and translating data into strategic insights Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Shopify
