To support the JMFE Business Unit, the part-time contract Portfolio Excellence Lead will provide portfolio analytics, financial insights, and automation solutions while developing dashboards and visualizations to enhance decision-making processes in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze portfolio performance and financial metrics to develop insights and recommendations for leadership planning and continuous improvement Design and build dashboards and visual management tools that improve portfolio visibility and facilitate data-driven decision-making Identify and implement process improvements and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual reporting efforts Required Qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in portfolio analysis, financial reporting, or related disciplines Strong understanding of project portfolio management concepts and financial analysis Hands-on experience with dashboard creation using tools such as Power BI or similar platforms Proven ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements in portfolio management practices Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into clear executive narratives
