HRG Porter/GroundskeeperSummary Description: This role is to maintain cleanliness inside and outside of the restaurant to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.Responsibilities:Cleaning and maintaining outside facilities- pressure washing the parking lot, dumpster pad, cleaning windows, etc. Maintaining clean floors, walls, surfaces, and dishes in restaurant during day-to-day operations.Complies with all national, state, and local regulatory requirementsAssumes additional responsibilities as assigned.Represent the brand of Chick-fil-A and its values when working, interacting with team members, guests, and vendors.QualificationsEducation:· High school diploma/GED equivalent or equivalent work experienceExperience:1+ years' experience in restaurant industry or customer service (preferred)Must be able to communicate well with the general publicEstablish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, vendors and co-workers, and to work in a team environmentEquipped with intermediate fundamentals, knowledge and work experience to execute job duties.Must be able to deliver high quality results that are both efficient and effective.Professional Certification:Texas Food Handlers CertificationWorking Conditions/Travel Requirements:Expected to work the necessary time to satisfactorily fulfill job responsibilitiesMust be able to report to work timely and as required by operational/business needsMust be able to work a full-time schedule and work outside of normal business hours when necessaryMust be able to travel both locally to worksites, meeting sites, and other locationsMust possess a valid driver's license, submit to releasing a Motor Vehicle Record that adheres to the Chick-fil-A standards and maintain current automobile liability at minimum levels in their state of residenceThis employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. Employers may only use E-Verify once a job offer has been accepted and the Form I-9 is completed.
