PURE HomeRiver is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to help maintain clean, safe, and attractive residential communities. In this role, you’ll perform daily exterior and interior cleaning, trash removal, common-area upkeep, light maintenance, and grounds care, including lawn and landscaping tasks. You’ll promptly report hazards, repair needs, and resident concerns to the property manager and maintenance team.
Working in a collaborative, service-driven culture, you’ll support resident satisfaction, uphold property standards, and gain hands-on experience in property management operations with opportunities for growth.
