Responsibilities
Load and unload portable units with precision, ensuring secure transportation in compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and state transportation laws.
Maintain route sheets of deliveries, pickups, route details, and service records.
Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients on-site, addressing their needs courteously, and ensuring satisfaction.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on vehicles and report any mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
Valid North Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving record. No CDL license required.
Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients.
