Responsibilities & Duties
Essential Functions:
Training will be provided to help you perform each duty successfully.
- Learn to clean, service, and chemically treat residential and commercial pools.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, efficient, and profitable service route.
- Use a company-provided pickup truck, pool cleaning equipment, and chemicals.
- Complete service records and paperwork accurately.
- Monitor and manage your inventory of chemicals and supplies.
- Learn the operation of various filter systems and pool equipment.
- Follow company procedures for proper pool maintenance and customer service.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior pool route experience necessary-training is provided.
- Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate politely and effectively with customers.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions when safe.
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must follow all driving rules and maintain safe, courteous driving habits.
- Ability to learn and retain information quickly.
Physical Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work in high heat and adverse weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, stretch, and climb frequently.
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle safely.
- Must be able to work around chlorineand other chemicals without allergic reactions.
