General Statement of Job
To ensure a safe aquatic environment for swimming pool patrons. Know, understand and enforce rules and regulations governing the conduct of patrons and facility emergency procedures. Respond to public needs in a courteous manner and report comments/complaints regarding facility, staff or patrons to supervisor. Assist in maintenance and cleaning of pool, pool deck, locker rooms and other areas as directed by aquatic supervisor.
Minimum Training and Experience
Current certification in Lifeguarding, CPR/PR, First Aid. Previous experience in lifeguarding preferred, but not required. Minimum age requirement is 16 years.
Holiday Bonus
• Employed November 1st through October 31st
• Worked at least 1040 hours between during employment period listed above
• Will receive $200 Holiday Bonus
