nWhat You'll Do
nAs a Pool Cleaning Technician, you'll provide professional swimming pool maintenance services for residential and commercial customers while building lasting relationships through outstanding customer care.
nDaily Responsibilities
nService an established route of residential and commercial swimming pools.
nTest and balance pool water chemistry to maintain safe, healthy water.
nAdd and adjust pool chemicals including chlorine, sanitizer, pH adjusters, and algaecides.
nBrush pool walls, steps, and tile surfaces.
nVacuum pools and remove debris.
nEmpty skimmer baskets and pump baskets.
nClean or backwash pool filters as needed.
nInspect pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, automation systems, and other pool equipment for proper operation.
nIdentify equipment issues and communicate repair recommendations to customers.
nMaintain accurate service records and communicate completed work.
nKeep company vehicles organized and stocked with supplies.
nDeliver exceptional customer service during every visit.
nWhat We're Looking For
nNo pool service experience required—we'll train you!
nValid driver's license with a clean driving record.
nMust be at least 21 years old for company vehicle insurance requirements.
nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
nComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
nDependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
nStrong communication and customer service skills.
nAbility to safely handle pool chemicals and equipment after training.
