Polysomnographic Tech Sleep Disorders Center
Schedule M-W 7p-7:30a (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night shift.) 13 weeks 745C Sleep Disorder Lab
Location: 460 Northside Cherokee Blvd. Suite T20 Canton, Georgia 30115
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty. Required AHA BLS
Prepares adolescent, adult and geriatric patients and equipment for sleep disorders testing. Monitors the polysomnogram and documents per policy
Must possess good written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated expertise in sleep disorders, sleep activity, abnormalities, movement arousals, and respirations
One (1) year experience in sleep study activity
Current American Heart Association's Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
Must possess current and unrestricted certification or registration in one of the following: Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)
Northside Holiday Expectation: MUST work 2 major Holidays of the 3: Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day New Year's Day AND 1 Minor Holiday: The Friday after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve New Year's Eve
Compliance Required Certifications Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty
