We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels included, respected, empowered and recognised.What You Can ExpectPolymer Process Production Operator will be working to make raw material for manufacturing at a high level of discipline to fill the demand of production quantities.How You'll Create ImpactMaking of Vitamin E SolutionBlending Vitamin E ResinSubmitting samples to ATS Lab for testingCompression Molding of Polymer resinCNC Machining of Molded polymer slabsPacking & Shipping work orders to vendorsWhat Makes You Stand OutStrong knowledge of all relevant machinery, tooling, measuring, and gauging equipment and use of proper handling methods in assigned areas. Thorough understanding of production processes in area.Knowledge of proper set-ups for machinery, blue-prints, routers, and set-up files.Adequate knowledge of parts required to produce quality assembly per functional and cosmetic requirements.Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees including production employees, Management and Technical professionals.Must be able to meet all technical and physical requirements of primary job function (must be able to lift 70pounds).Must possess strong verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsMust be able to work flexible hours as required by the production schedules.Must perform at a high level of Quality.Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Your BackgroundHigh School Diploma or GEDPhysical RequirementsTravel ExpectationsSome travel required between facilitiesEOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
