Examiner Requirements
- § Conduced a minimum o f two hundred (200) polygraph examinati ons;
- § At lea st two (2 ) years of experience as a f ederal polygraph examine r;
- § Con tinuo usl y compl ete d 80 h ours of continuing edu ca tion, as r equir ed
- § Been federall y certifie d within t he p ast 10 y ears, whic h is v erifia ble, by NCCA records.
- § Exte nsive, c urrent, L EPET format exper ience required.
Place of Performance

· The USSS is lookin g for c entral l ocati ons throughout the United S t ates h owever it is likely the USSS will utilize e xisting f ield office lo cations.
Equipment
Currently, the Secret Service utilizes Lafayettet e I nstruments LX 6000 polygraph equipment to complete all examinations. In order f or contractor exami nations to be compatible , sta ndardize d, and a ppraise d by the Government’s QC Manager s, the Contrac tor shall use, and saf eguard, Gover nme nt issue d poly graph equipment in per formance of th e Task Order. G ove rnment i ssued p ol ygraph equipment refers all polygraph rela ted, Lafayette, eq uipment. The laptops will be loaded with the Government - owned Lafay ette software and licenses.
Gov ernment will furnish the La fayette co mp atible equipment that shall be required for e ach co ntractor e xaminer f or all applica nt exam inatio ns:
A. LX6000 Polygraph D ata Acquisi tio n Syst em;
On-Board Orientation Training
The USSS will provide training that shall be comprised of classroom training and monitored polygraph examinations, which shall require approximately five (5) business days to complete. The first part of the training shall include 40 hours of classroom training conducted over five (5 ) days, from 9:00am-5:00pm.
Examiner will be paid $5,000 to participate in the In-person training.
