This organization works at the intersection of media strategy and campaign execution, supporting advertising placement across television and streaming platforms. The team operates in a strictly nonpartisan manner and provides operational support for political campaigns and issue-based advertising at the federal, state, and local levels.Job DescriptionThe Political Operations Coordinator provides operational support to a designated sales team, ensuring political advertising campaigns are accurately entered, tracked, and executed.

This role is highly detail-oriented and deadline-driven, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Coordinators collaborate closely with team leadership and external media partners to maintain campaign accuracy and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and revise advertising orders for political campaigns with a high level of accuracyMonitor active campaigns to ensure budgets, schedules, and targeting requirements remain on trackCoordinate with media partners nationwide to confirm proper execution and fulfillmentTrack campaign data, reconcile rates, and maintain organized internal documentationSupport Account Executives and Team Leads with order management and reportingCommunicate professionally with agency partners and internal stakeholdersAdapt to proprietary systems and evolving workflowsQualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong technical aptitude; ability to learn new systems quicklyHigh attention to detail, especially with numerical data entryStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, politically focused (nonpartisan) environmentAbility to work overtime during peak periodsBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredBackgrounds in political campaigns, advocacy, media, communications, data/analytics, technical fields, retail, or hospitality are encouraged to applyPerksHybrid work scheduleConvenient location near public transportationCollaborative, team-oriented office cultureEmployee engagement initiatives and team-building eventsOpportunity for growth for high-performing coordinatorsAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
