The ideal candidate will understand that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, and wants to get a foot in the hospitality door.Job description:Polish and restock stemware and flatware throughout serviceProactively and effectively communicate with FOH team members on service needsAssist in basic non-alcoholic beverage preparations, such as coffee and teaAssist in weekly deep-cleaning of the restaurantBalance granular duties with overarching priorities dictated by volume of businessConstantly push to maintain and augment existing standardsAdhere to Momofuku's Cleaning and sanitation SOPsAdditional service and/or operational tasks as determined by managerAdhere to grooming and dress code standardsAssist teammates to anticipate all other FOH needsQualifications:A positive and enthusiastic attitude, as well as a desire to learn, grow, and develop new skillsExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm under pressure and resolve guest conflictWilling to accept guidance in a positive manner and implement the direction in a way that is productive for both you and the teamAble to work in a standing/walking position for long periods of timeAbility to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environmentLocation:NOTE - Tax withholding is calculated using Federal and New York State 2022 income tax guidelines.
