Policy Specialist LeadWe are seeking a Policy Specialist Lead to join our team in Austin, TX. This role will support policy development, analysis, and implementation in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. The Policy Specialist Lead will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with organizational priorities, regulatory requirements, and best practices in technology, Trust & Safety, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, analyze, and draft policy documents, guidance, and recommendations to support organizational decision-making.Monitor and interpret regulatory, legal, and industry developments relevant to technology, compliance, and Trust & Safety.Partner with cross-functional teams (legal, operations, product, engineering, and Trust & Safety) to evaluate and implement policy updates.Review, interpret, and refine policies to ensure clarity, consistency, and operational alignment.Support issue resolution and policy-related escalations by providing subject matter expertise.Contribute to risk assessments, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement of policy frameworks.Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications2+ years of experience in a policy, legal, Trust & Safety, or technology environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex policy issues.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to draft and refine policy documents.Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in parallel.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a technology company or fast-paced global environment.Familiarity with content moderation, Trust & Safety, or regulatory compliance.About US Tech SolutionsUS Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
