LEAVE(S)
Vacation leave will be earned according to Arkansas State Statute . Employees will accrue the equivalent of fifteen (15) days (based on an eight hour day) annually. Vacation leave may be accumulated; however, a maximum of three hundred sixty (360) hours may be carried over to the next year.
