Police Officers must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Your degree does not need to be in criminal justice in order to be a successful Police Officer! Successful completion of the MCOLES written and physical agility tests is also required, or the ability to become MCOLES certified.
Compensation & Benefits: $70,704.83 starting pay with top-out pay at $107,040.78 after four years. The City of Novi accepts lateral hires for Police Officers with prior experience.
