Starting pay range based on certified law enforcement experience: Depends on experience: $58,000 minimum (no experience)-$70,566 (5 or more years of certified law enforcement experience) Additional perks: Take home vehicle Tattoos & facial hair permitted Outer protective vests are provided for officers as standard wear. All uniforms and duty shoes are paid for by USC Beaufort. Built in overtime up to $7,000.00 Free University tuition after six months of employment including up to four classes per year ($5,798.00 value) used at any of the University of South Carolina campuses.
