Job Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Siemens Polarion, particularly requirements management and its application to engineering workflows.
• Facilitate workshops with R&D and engineering stakeholders to understand business needs and existing processes.
• Elicit, structure, analyze, and document business requirements for implementation by the development team.
• Support the application of Polarion to engineering processes, requirements workflows, and lifecycle management.
• Apply systems engineering principles, requirements traceability, and digital thread concepts.
• Collaborate with medical device engineering teams to align requirements management processes with business and engineering needs.
• Work effectively with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones, coordinating between Israel and the US West Coast.
• Ensure clear communication between engineering stakeholders, business teams, and technical developers.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Siemens Polarion ALM.
• Deep understanding of requirements management and engineering workflows.
• Experience eliciting, structuring, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate with R&D and engineering stakeholders.
• Knowledge of systems engineering, requirements traceability, and digital thread concepts.
• Medical device engineering domain knowledge.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across different time zones.

Pay Scale

• Anticipated hourly pay range: $45–$52/hr on W2.
