To support a dynamic IT services team, the full-time Polarion Developer will focus on Polarion configurations, customization, and integration, working remotely across PAN India. Key responsibilities Implement and integrate ALM solutions within complex environments, ensuring effective Polarion configurations and project templates Develop and manage complex dashboards while performing administration tasks related to process management in Polarion Integrate engineering tools and create CI/CD pipelines to enhance operational efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 5+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Polarion and ALM-PLM integration Proven expertise in Polarion customization, including Velocity scripting and Work Item Configuration Familiarity with Java, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML for scripting within ALM tools Certification in Polarion is a plus
