Point of Care Team Lead

To ensure efficient operations and support for the team, the full-time Point of Care Program Team Lead will manage staffing and scheduling, coordinate onboarding and training logistics, and maintain productivity and quality reporting while working remotely from designated markets such as Dallas, Nashville, or Las Vegas. Key responsibilities Maintain the team staffing tool and coordinate scheduling candidate interviews and recruitment activities Organize team calendars and provide training and onboarding support for new team members Run and distribute Quality Assurance reports and individual performance reports to monitor productivity and operational effectiveness Required qualifications Experience in healthcare operations, patient access, or emergency department operations preferred Previous team lead or coordinator experience is preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and similar scheduling and reporting tools Strong analytical skills and comfort working with productivity and quality data
