About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Program Manager who will drive end-to-end program management for AI infrastructure deployments, AI Labs initiatives, AI field deployment programs, automation projects, and AI-driven operational transformation initiatives. The role requires a blend of program management leadership, technical acumen mainly in the AI, change management expertise, executive communication skills, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.

Program Leadership & Governance

• Lead multiple concurrent AI programs and strategic initiatives across Agentic /GenAI, solutions.
• Define program objectives, scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Establish and maintain governance structures, steering committees, executive reviews, and stakeholder communication plans.
• Develop program roadmaps aligned with customers strategic priorities and growth objectives.
• Drive Foundation AI projects from kickoff through development to deployment and stabilization
• Support the customer to translate strategy into executable roadmaps with clear milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics
• Develop project plans consistent with business goals and requirements for algorithm performance
• Establish and maintain program governance, including planning cadences, status reporting, decision forums, and executive communication
• Bring together key stakeholders to facilitate timely and lasting decision-making
• Partner with the extended team on availability constraints, capacity forecasting, deadlines etc
• Partner with the broader team to continuously improve the development process to enable execution of projects in an organized, methodical, and predictable manner.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring mitigations are in place to reduce potential impacts.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication across teams for awareness and understanding.
• Understanding of technical issues to facilitate resolution of project blockers is a plus
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and technical blockers and drive cross-functional resolution with urgency.
• Lead escalation management and executive communications for high-priority issues.
• Ensure mitigation strategies are implemented and tracked to closure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of industry experience in program or project management, preferably involving AI/ML, data platforms or large-scale systems
• Experience working with AI or applied ML teams
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog grooming processes
• Data-driven approach to strategic planning, comfortable reviewing metrics and identifying ways to measure program success
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., model training, inference, data pipelines, evaluation, experimentation), hands-on coding experience is not required
• Clear, confident communicator who can bridge deeply technical teams and business stakeholders
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams
• Experience working with research teams
• Background in consumer technology, platforms, or data-driven products
• Experience organizing projects using Jira or similar platforms
