Podiatrist (Part Time/Flexible Schedule)

About the Role

Spa Creek Health is a growing healthcare practice providing care to Seniors across multiple cities and States. We are looking for a part-time podiatrist to provide on-site care to patients in your local senior living communities.

You’ll be joining a collaborative team with full operational support and well-trained providers and assistants. Success in this role means delivering high-quality podiatry care, staying organized with daily clinic flow, and communicating smoothly with our back office to keep scheduling running on time.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinic availability with the back office 6–8 weeks in advance and review daily schedules.
• Treat patients with routine podiatry procedures while maintaining high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Complete accurate progress notes for each patient visit.
• Post procedure codes correctly and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate same-day scheduling changes with the remote back office as clinic needs shift.
• Provide clear, respectful care for geriatric patients, including those with mobility challenges.
• Work effectively within on-site senior living environments and follow community workflow.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion when working with patients experiencing cognitive impairment.
• Support a smooth patient experience by staying organized and prepared for clinic days.
• Collaborate with the team (remote operations, assistants, and back office) to keep clinics running efficiently.

Requirements

• 2+ years of podiatry experience.
• Strong knowledge of podiatric procedures and industry standards.
• Experience working with patients in a non-traditional or on-site setting is preferred.
• Comfort working with challenging senior patients (including Alzheimer’s, dementia, wheelchair, or bedbound patients).

Ability to manage daily clinic schedules.

• Strong documentation skills for progress notes and procedure coding.
• Reliable, patient-focused communication and a supportive, inclusive attitude.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation processes and coding workflows (software/tools not specified).

Part-time schedule with no nights or weekends
